I have about 6 years of design leadership experience (UX Design Lead @ EY, Program Manager @ Google, UX Leader @ AutoQuotes, Product Manager @ SS&C, etc.) which includes managing the design through the development lifecycle while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

My Experience

I have almost 20 years of experience in product development (design & research), and I'm a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International and I have my Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from PMI. I was most recently the UX Design Lead at Ernst & Young. I led a team on global Talent/HR initiatives for enterprise-wide CMS sites to enhance EY's conversational AI and revamp the Talent/HR customer service experience. In less than 2 years at EY, my team grew by 4x under my leadership!
