The purpose of the site is to build awareness about the job opportunities at BlackRock for college and graduate school students and to sell the brand based on what is important to this target. Because of the tight timeline and the desire to make this site as accessible as possible to the target audience, this was created using Responsive Web Design (RWD). RWD is an approach in desgin that provides the optimal viewing experience across platforms (i.e. desktop, mobile, etc.) using the same code base by utilizing a fluid grid concept.
