  • - Built a CMS site that streamlined the onboarding experience worldwide by mapping out the current state for each country and creating a customized solution that worked for everyone. This project allowed the global and local teams to implement updates to the site faster by working together
  • - Improved the UX of the EY chat bot by applying industry best practices to the existing framework. This enabled the product team to have measurable results for each area of focus
  • - Created design strategy by working closely with research and analytics to help drive decisions on how budgets for the EY Talent team should be allocated for the next fiscal year. This included taking a look at current systems and understanding how they could be improved to not only meet our user's needs but also how it meets industry standards.

Help clients understand their user’s needs and lead their respective teams in brainstorming creative solutions. Work with clients such as:

Ogilvy DC - Concept testing virtual reality app by scoping out client's user research needs, managed multiple vendors and planned back-to-back sessions across 4 markets while staying within strict legal guidelines. Led all evaluative research sessions for a new VR app for a government agency.

Florida Blue - Managed all aspects of user research on responsive member sites while working with agile teams, partnering with vendors and ensuring feedback is worked into upcoming cycle of implementation. Research methods included remote/un-moderated, click-testing, card sort and remote/in-person moderated for responsive member sites.

Product Manager

Spearheaded new efforts to on-going user research nationwide that has led to a shift in the application development process to ensure user feedback informs development. This has resulted in less churn during development and more efficiency.

Using user interviews/usability testing, stakeholder/subject matter expert interviews, Voice of Customer data analysis, web analytics and competitive analysis to holistically ‘connect the dots’ and uncover meaningful information that was then shared with the organization.

Partnered with other functions – Client Advocates, Strategic Account Managers and Development – to ensure insights are leveraged and represented throughout the entire design process.

Usability Analyst

Working with clients to understand business needs and to create UX research solutions. Experience moderating 1:1 usability studies, using remote/un-moderated usability tools. Designing and writing discussion guides, screeners, test protocols, and final reports. Conducting presentations with senior-level business managers and executives.

Responsibilities also include information architecture work in the shipping, insurance and financial industries on sites and Facebook applications.
