Lisa has worked in the field of design and user experience for over 10 years. She currently works with Ogilvy & Mather (Who is this?) as an Usability Analyst working on research projects for clients such as PurinaCare, UPS and MetLife. These projects range from transactional sites to iPad apps and have been conducted both moderated and un-moderated. She has also worked on the informational architecture of sites and Facebook apps for clients like MetLife, Siemens and American Express.
Lisa is a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International (What is this?) (Proof!). Prior to joining Ogilvy, she has had extensive experience working for financial and insurance institutions such as Citigroup, Fidelity Investments, Prudential and AIG. She is currently a member of Usability Professionals Association in NY and holds a Bachelors degree from North Carolina State University.
